💼 The Nursing Jobs on the Table
NGHS is recruiting registered nurses for four areas. Acute care covers the GI/renal, orthopedic, neuro and medical units. The intermediate care unit for neuro patients, IMCU-Neuro, is hiring separately. The emergency room is on the list, and so is the resource pool, which floats nurses where they are needed.
The system says full-time, part-time and night shift RN positions are open across all of its hospitals, not just Braselton. That matters if Braselton is a long drive for you: NGHS runs five acute care hospitals in Gainesville, Braselton, Winder, Dahlonega and Demorest, and employs more than 12,000 people, according to its own 2026 fact sheet. NGMC Braselton itself is a 236-bed hospital with heart, orthopedic, neuroscience, cancer, emergency and maternity care on a 119-acre campus.
💵 The Sign-On Bonus, and What It Pays
NGHS is advertising sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000 for full-time and part-time night shift roles, plus a relocation bonus for nurses moving to the area. The amount of the relocation bonus has not been published, and neither have base pay rates. "Up to" is doing real work in that sentence, so ask a hiring manager in the room exactly which units, shifts and commitments qualify for the full amount before you sign anything.

This is not a general job fair and it is not a new graduate event. NGHS lists two hard requirements: an active RN license that is valid in Georgia (a Georgia, compact or multistate license) and at least one year of experience as a registered nurse. LPNs, CNAs, nursing students and non-clinical job seekers are not who this day is recruiting.
If you are an LPN or a newer RN, look at the day after instead. Northside Hospital Forsyth is holding its own med-surg nurse hiring event in Cumming on Wednesday, November 11, and that one welcomes LPNs and RN residents. Different event, different day, different requirements: see our Northside Forsyth guide.

- Browse the open NGHS nursing jobs before you go, as the system recommends, and know which units you want.
